We do the work of finding you the best caregiver and have a large database of vetted professionals to choose from. We are also licensed and bonded, so we absorb the risk you take when inviting someone new into your home. Every caregiver we work with is fingerprinted, bonded, insured, and registered with the state—we do the due diligence for you.
Our rates differ due to levels and length of care. Please contact us for a specific rate.
Yes, since we are a licensed and bonded agency, we accept long-term care insurance. Give us a call and we can discuss your options and guide you through the LTC process.
We are not a Medicare accredited Home Health Agency. We do not currently work with Medicare or Medi-Cal for home care services, though we are exploring options for home health aide services on the medical side. Medicare agencies are limited in what they can do and for how long, so if you are looking for additional support beyond what Medicare will cover, let us know and we would love to help.
Caregivers are paid weekly, and we handle all taxes, insurance, and administrative responsibilities. We bill our clients bi-weekly and accept credit cards, bank routing information on auto-pay or checks. We also work with long-term care insurance providers and can bill them for you, taking you out of the financial equation altogether.
